Self Esteem - Meditation Half-Day CourseOften we feel that we are not good enough, wise enough, or capable enough. When these thoughts arise we are mistakenly identifying ourself as someone who is stuck, incapable of change, and who doesn’t measure up. We then get down on ourself and lack confidence.
In this meditation half-day course, we will examine Buddha’s teachings that help us recognise, reduce and finally abandon this distorted perception of ourself so that finally we can identify as the person we wish to be.
