Self - Esteem Course These are interactive workshops and over the 5 weeks we will cover:
•Communication – learning skills on how to be effective and be heard
•Learning skills around boundaries, where and how they can look
•Understanding the importance of being valued and what self-esteem is all about
•Other topics may be included, dependant on attendees needs.

Time: 10.00am -12.00pm
Location: Waiuku
Cost: Donations are gratefully received as they help go towards workshop resources
