SELF-EMPOWERMENT WORKSHOP FOR WOMEN
Take part in energy-clearing and self-empowerment exercises to transcend inner states of victimhood, feelings of helplessness and lack of confidence.
This workshop is focused on Core Pillar 1 of energy-clearing modality 'Inner Gift Resourcing' (IGR), which is SELF-EMPOWERMENT.
In this 2.5hr workshop you will:
- Practice energetic shielding exercises for establishing healthy personal boundaries
- Resource inner victim and powerlessness states with creative avatar exercises
- Reclaim your sense of personal power
You will also receive:
– 1 x Worksheet + 1 x Self-Reflection Video (prior to Workshop)
– 1 x Guided Journey Video (after Workshop)
Workshop Venue:
INDIGO WELLNESS STUDIO (25 Fox Street, Ballina)
The workshop takes place in a beautiful Reiki backyard studio in Ballina on Saturday morning, July 13th, 10am-12:30pm (walk into the driveway past the house).
PARKING: In street parking + Meldrum Park car park is in walking distance
Snacks and non-caffeinated tea are provided - the venue also has a fridge, if you need to cool anything.
It is also recommended that you bring your own water bottle, so you stay hydrated during energy clearing, and to pack some warm socks and a pullover or blanket.

In her work, she combines her experience in Allied Health Modalities – like Family Constellation, EFT, Art Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Holistic Counselling – with her knowledge of Astrology, Meditation and Coaching - to help Clients, Trainees and Workshop Participants to regain a sense of inner wholeness.

*IGR Entry Criteria
‘Inner Gift Resourcing’ Courses are not suitable for individuals, who:
- Have been diagnosed with a mental health condition (including epilepsy, schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder, borderline syndrome, dissociative identity disorder, PTSD).
- Experience suicidal thoughts and/or are in need of psychotherapy.
- Take Medic*tion linked to diagnosed mental health conditions (including anti-depressants and hormone replacement Medic*tion)
- Are mentally disabled and struggle with comprehension.
- Suffer from severe physical health conditions (e.g. cancer, brain injuries, organ failure or other health issues that pose a risk to the client’s life and physical well-being).
- Suffer from drug addiction or alcoholism.
- Presently find themselves in the midst of court proceedings.
- Presently experience domestic violence or sexual abuse at home.
- Have experienced the death of a loved one (partner, close friend or family member) within the last 3 months.
- Are under the age of 21.
- Are pregnant.
