Self-Employment Pathways for Newcomers (SEPN) is a free, in-person, two-day program designed for newcomers who are interested in starting or buying a business in Canada.
This interactive program provides practical, step-by-step guidance to help participants understand the Canadian business environment and confidently move forward with their self-employment goals. Through expert-led sessions, participants will gain essential knowledge about business registration, licensing, taxation, financing options, and market research.
Attendees can expect a supportive learning environment that includes:
