We want to help defeat the stigma built up around self-employed men being able to share their feelings and worries with our new networking forum.
This event will be an opportunity to discuss challenges you might be facing in your business and to help improve mental wellbeing, all in a welcoming space.
Business owner, Michael Haigh from "What Men Say" and The Leap Coaching will be sharing his experiences to talk about:
- Dealing with feeling overwhelmed
- Keeping well-balanced in business
- Sharing the ups and downs of owning a business
EnterprisingYou business coach, Simon Dickinson, will talk about the importance of self-awareness and emotional literacy for the small business owner:
- Accessing talking therapies and what this looks like in reality
- Life scripts and experience
- Self-doubt and Imposter syndrome
You'll also be able to speak to our EnterprisingYou well-being specialist, Abby Booth, and find out about the fully-funded support available.
