Rather than practicing the skills of yoga and breathwork, students will rely on yoga and breathwork as trusty tools in their toolbox to create a state of strong focus and concentration. Each practice includes some combination of the following tools/skills:
+yoga poses (you'll need to get up and down from the ground, +using a chair to help is cool)
+ breathwork
+ meditation + self-guided, silent meditation
+ and Melissa's teaching
+ self-reflection questions based on end of year astrology and 2024 review
+ time on your own
+ oracle/tarot readings
+ on crystal and nature allies
+ of old year ritual
+ of new year ritual
+ to actively participate in ritual
+ time in a safe, welcoming, creatively alive environment to + the last year, start integration, and begin to dream and feel forward into the next cycle of time

WHO:
Anyone looking for a creative, thoughtful, and compassionate environment to begin to process lessons from the past year, can get up and down from the floor (using a chair to help counts!), and believes (or needs to believe) in the power of magick and an individual's focused will.
