About this Event
This course will provide an overview of Self-Directed Support (SDS), providing an understanding of SDS principles , standards and 4 options.
The session will highlight importance of good conversations, outcomes and the processes within West Lothian Council when processing SDS options for unpaid carers and supported people.

Arriving at the Training
On arrival please wait in the Civic Centre Reception - the trainer will collect you 5 mins before the training starts.
