Join us for an effective and immersive self-defense workshop focused on practical, real life techniques to protect yourself and your loved ones when needed. This is open to all women, moms and their daughters (tweens and older)!Dress comfortably and be prepared to learn and apply practical techniques that anyone can use in a variety of situations.
this Workshop is open to any Portland High School student as well as their moms or grandmothers.
Cost is $20 each and is only an additional $10 each for a family member. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early - workshop starts at 6pm!
