Insula Collective is hosting its first official event at GFC Fitness in Glendale! This self-empowering event, tailored to the needs of BIPOC friends and allies, is designed to equip you with essential self-defense skills while fostering collective healing and well-being.

• Guided meditation session led by Jem Remedy to support mental and emotional well-being.
• Snacks, drinks, and a book swap to continue the learning and self-care.

Insula Collective is a peer-led mental health initiative providing accessible mental health support groups, events, and resources for BIPOC and QTBIPOC individuals.
