Join us at headquarters for some basic self-defense training hosted by Full Circle Kung Fu with Sifu Joey Dotson. This training will focus on spatial awareness while in public and basic self-defense for getting away. Dress comfortably to work through some basic drills. Please come out and bring a friend. This event is free, but we will be collecting funds to tip the instructor.
