**Saturday August 27th from 11:30am-2:30pm**LOCATION:STW Krav Maga and Fitness -100 Crossroads Blvd, 78201Ages 7-13yrs co-ed kids: MUST have a female parent, guardian present and participating!!!Ages 14+ College/high school course coming soon!!!
You will both/all be very active in this seminar. This is not a listen and learn. It is a physical learn and practice seminar. You will all leave with at least one new skill, if not many! Even though it could be challenging and even taxes physically, you do not need to be in any sort of shape to attend. An attacker isn't going to wait for you to get in shape first! You need to know what you can do right where you are now!
What you'll learn:
Basic combative techniques- palm strikes to the face and groin, groin kicks, hammer fistsSpecific- Wrist releases, Bear hugs w/arms free and with arms caught
PLUS conversations added in to support moms and kids on variety of topics such as; stranger danger, no has the right to touch you with out permission, kidnaping and create a plan for what to do when!
