Though you may be able to never imagine it happening to you, there may be a time when you need to be prepared to speak the 'language of violence'.Our amazing Krav Maga Instructor, Jaimie Lee, will be here to work with you to help you stand up in a fight or an attack. You will walk away with skills you can call upon in a time of need.
Our mission is to arm you physically and mentally and show you that you are a force to be reckoned with. You will leave with a reminder you that you are strong and awesomely and wonderfully made.
This event will be directly supporting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society which a member of our gym is tied directly to.
Cost: $25/per person
* We will also be accepting donations to help us reach our $2000 fundraising goal.
