> Forms Intensive 8/23/24 5:30-8:30pm : All USA Martial Family Forms. Black Belts will have an opportunity to work and detail Black Belt Forms
> Step Sparring Intensive 9/13/24 5:30-8:30pm : All 1-30 Step Sparring Requirements
> Self Defense Intensive 9/27/24 5:30-8:30pm: All 4 Self Defense sequences with advanced work for High Ranks up to sequence 8
> Weapons Intensive 10/11/24 5:30-8:30pm: All USA Martial Arts Weapons Forms with application. Escrima, Kamas, Chux, Halo, Bo Staff, Sword.
