Self-Defense for Women. Aaron Pynenberg, Senior Sergeant with the Appleton Police Department, will give a 2 hour class focusing on: Understanding common self-defense training pitfalls; Identifying basic human reactions to interpersonal violence; Strategies for early preventative concepts that are based on real world scenarios; Dispelling many of the common misunderstanding about this topic; Information for further exploration on self-defense.
All payments are donated to domestic violence shelters: $25 for general public; FREE for Aerial Dance Members (Elite, Pole, Fitness)
