What you'll learn:
Basic combative techniques- palm strikes, elbows, hammer fists, groin kicks & knees
Specific Defenses- Wrist releases, Bear hugs w/arms free and with arms caught
PLUS conversations added in to support moms and kids on variety of topics such as; bullying, stranger danger, no has the right to touch you with out permission, kidnaping and core values.
$50 registration for mother AND 1 child, each additional child $15.
