A 2 hour, one-time seminar with the basics for physical self-defense for women. Includes striking techniques, joint locks, pressure points, escapes. Wear sweats or shorts, no jewelry or metal. We will practice barefoot on mats. These techniques are simple, effective, and don't require much practice, but they are not obvious. We will have volunteers to take falls so that you don't have to.
