About this Event
In this two-hour seminar, we will explore and understand the psychology of an attacker, what they look for in a target, and how to avoid becoming one. We’ll explore the important difference between self-defense (responding in the moment) and self-protection (making smart choices before danger arises).
Through hands-on practice, real-world scenarios, and interactive discussion, you’ll learn simple, effective strategies that anyone can use—regardless of size, strength, or experience. The class is designed to be fun, approachable, and empowering, leaving you with practical tools you can apply immediately to feel more confident and capable in keeping yourself and loved ones safe.
