Grandmaster Alan D’Allessandro, co-owner and chief instructor of New England Karate Academy in Shrewsbury to teach a self-defense class that will cover material that everyone should know to protect themselves in certain situations. This hands-on class should enlighten all participants on how to effectively ward off attacks in order to get to safety. Excellent for people who have never taken any self-defense classes, as well as for those who are experienced.
