We have trained MMA & grappling champions, we were the Regional Training Center for COBRA in Colorado, and our curriculum was created With consultation from our school’s founder, who brings hands-on experience in personal protection systems and various military training methods worldwide. We make sure to only bring in what has real value. We understand what works.
We utilize the basic principles of MMA to deliver a simple & effective curriculum that takes into account what you are most likely to face, and teaches you how to handle these threats realistically.
Your attacker won’t play by the rules - we will show you what you are up against, what is realistic, and how to use equalizers. There are realities that you need to know, and now is the time to empower yourself with knowledge, and a plan.
