Our lead instructors are David Thorton, author of the self-defense book Have a Plan Because They Do, and 6th-degree black belt Hirem Teeler. As well as many other instructors ranging from BJJ, American Karate, Shiz Nah, and Muay Thai. Learn the fundamentals of situational awareness and hand-to-hand self-defense.
