In this women-only self-defense class, come learn how to improve your abilities and confidence. We will cover situational awareness, escapes, fighting back, and other issues. Open to female kids, adults, and seniors between the ages of 8 to 80. You'll be in good hands at Unity Martial Arts, where the four head instructors have more than 130 years of combined teaching and training experience. Be aware, feel prepared, and enjoy life!
