Led by expert instructors, this class covers:
- Escapes from front and rear chokes, bear hugs, and wrist grabs
- Defensive striking to stun and disable your attacker
- How to use leverage, positioning, and mindset to your advantage
- Drills that build muscle memory and instinctual responses
