About this Event
This workshop is designed for anyone who wants to learn how to escape from grabs and a few more bonus self defence skills. We especially encourage parents and children to do this workshop together so you can reinforce your learning together at home. You get to benefit from the skills Sensei Patricia has gained over 40 years training in karate delivered to you in a fun, effective package!
You will learn how to:
- Stay safe
- Build confidence
- Defend yourself
