About this Event

The Herts ISVA service and Beacon Domestic Abuse Support Hub will be supporting the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-based Violence, to campaign against gendered violence towards women and girls. This is a free one-off self-defence session for all women, ciswomen and transwomen and will be delivered by a trained male instructor from Bushin Mixed Martial Arts. This session will show you simple but effective techniques to protect and empower you. The session will also highlight the importance of self-care and what support our service can offer to those affected by sexual and domestic abuse.
