Welcome to our SELF-COMPASSION Practice Small Group Circle!
Learn how to extend Self-Compassion to one's self, especially in moments of perceived inadequacy, failure, or general suffering in this 4-week group.
Together, we’ll explore the three main components of self-compassion: self-kindness, common humanity & mindfulness in a safe and supportive space. All are welcome to join and experience the positive benefits of engaging in a self-compassion practice!
