About this Event
In this class we will focus on the importance of self compassion and self love. These come in handy especially during tough times. As humans we are harshly self critical. Self compassion doesn’t involve judging the self or others.
Meet Alana
Alana has always been about turning lemons into lemonade. Having experienced depression and anxiety and a son with OCD she has always put her energy into giving back to the mental health community. Through the years she’s taken many courses on self-development and has even travelled to Peru to work as a peer support worker. She knows the importance of mental health and hopes to connect authentically as well as provide useful information.
