Self Care Workshop, Sponsored by DivaDance Arlington Metroplex

As March is Women's History Month, we want to empower the necessity of how much we as women need self-care while navigating all the spaces of our lives (motherhood, career, identity, family, etc.) We will father for a meaningful self-care workshop to explore tips and practices for physical, emotional, and mental wellness. This opportunity is welcomed for people of all lived experiences. Membership in DivaDance is not required.
