Evaluate your well-being through our engaging Self Care Workshop. This course offers valuable insights into recognizing and addressing your personal self-care needs. With a blend of interactive discussion, hands-on activities, and practical takeaway, you'll leave with an awareness and understanding of the tools available to build a healthier, more resilient you. Start your self-care journey with this workshop.
Who is this workshop for?
Open to Indigenous and non-Indigenous participants working with local agencies (i.e., social services and community organizations).
Cost/Registration:
Donations to the Food Bank are welcome.
The workshop is free and in high demand; space is limited. If you register and are unable to attend, please let us know in advance.
This helps us make the best use of limited resources and honour the time of the facilitators.
*Limit to a maximum of 3 persons per organization.
