Sound Energy Practitioner, Ann Martin, teaches modern ways to clear the mind and relax the body using Himalayan singing bowls. Experiment with playing many types of bowls and experience different ways to use them for self-care. Singing bowls have been used for centuries to help soothe the body, calm the mind, heal the psyche and awaken the spirit! In this “hands on” class, you’ll learn 3 different ways to play the Himalayan bowls, 24 unique meditations, how to actively receive the healing sounds and vibrations, and much more. (Singing bowls are provided but if you have one, bring it!)All are welcome!
