About this Event
If you're interested in making self-care into a daily habit and having the support needed to make it a conscious decision, give this workshop a try! It's a chance for women to come together, learn, grow and share experiences to unlock the best version of themselves.
In this workshop, you will experience different self-care based activities, a mini workout, group discussions, and more. Activities will vary based on the workshop theme but have included: DIY bath salts, painting tote bags, guided reflections, group murals, vision-board making, and so much more.
