🌿 Creative Wellness & Healing 🌿Our program offers a holistic pathway to wellness in a supportive space for individuals ages 12 and up. Through creativity, mindfulness, movement, and sound, participants are guided on a journey that nurtures balance, clarity, and deeper self-connection.
Each 90-minute session is designed with an intentional flow:
🧘 30 Minutes – Trauma-Informed Yoga
Gentle and accessible yoga practices (including chair and restorative options) help ease physical tension, regulate stress, and build resilience. Rooted in mindfulness, these practices empower participants to honor their bodies at their own pace.
🎶 30 Minutes – Healing Music & Sound Meditation
Immersive sound experiences with singing bowls, soft melodies, and natural soundscapes invite participants into deep relaxation. Vibrations soothe the nervous system, calm the mind, and restore inner harmony.
🎨 30 Minutes – Mindfulness Art for Reflection
Creative art activities provide space for reflection and integration. Participants create a meaningful piece that embodies their personal journey and reinforces a sense of grounding.
Together, these practices cultivate a community of healing — a safe and welcoming environment where stress is released, resilience is strengthened, and creativity is embraced as a source of renewal.
