In these "Self-Care Sunday" Yoga and Mindfulness sessions, you will engage in elements of gentle vinyasa flow, breathing exercises and meditation techniques, to help you reconnect your mind, body and spirit. Each class will end with Yin or Restorative postures that invite the release and self-reflection necessary for integration off the mat. This class is adaptable/ accessible for ALL LEVELS of practitioner. ❤️ We will meet at Greenhaus OEC, located at 8030 Main Street in Old Ellicott City. We will be located on the 4th floor.If you prefer to pay by a means other than a credit card, I also accept the methods below. Please put your e-mail address or phone number in the comment/ memo field so that I can e-mail/ text you the code that you will need to finish enrollment.
