Are you a female leader, entrepreneur, or business owner in the OC area looking for other like-minded women to connect with? Could you use a bit of self-care accountability to balance out your busy schedule? Join us Sunday mornings for nature walks/hikes followed by guided meditation.

We'll meet at 8:30am at Fairview Park, 2525 Placentia Ave, Costa Mesa, 92626 to walk the North Talbert Trailhead.*

*Pending weather impacts (e.g. muddy trails) we'll meet at our alternate location at the end of Garfield, FV (location maps link) and walk the paved SA River trail. Check our IG story for updates.

Breathwork + Meditation 10:15-11a-ish - $15 drop-in cash/zelle — purchases through eventbrite will have a small fee.

At 10:15 am, we'll follow this with a relaxing breathwork and guided meditation experience. Please arrive at least 5 minutes in advance to get settled in. Doors will be locked once we begin.
