Let’s lean into the wisdom and softness of our bodies, and make space for self care. Let’s nourish our nervous system by tuning into our breath and our hearts, and bringing calm peaceful energy into our week.
We will breathe together with a pranayama to bring our bodies into the present moment, we will use mantra to open our hearts, and experience a guided meditation to set the tone for the season with positive intentions. From this place of calibration we will relax into the high vibrational frequencies of a sound bath to experience deep relaxation, restoration and healing.
Sound therapy is a modality of healing we do in the unseen and subtle realms of our being. The sound vibrations offer deep healing and cleansing of negative energy and emotions, resetting the physical, emotional, and mental body into perfect peace and harmony.
Paulina Rose uses a wide variety of sound healing instruments including chakra tuned gong, crystalline singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, rain sticks and more to create a powerful musical meditative journey offering a transformative experience.
Sound is one of the most powerful ways to heal, elevate, and tap into the infinite potential of your soul. These ancient and sacred sound currents are the medicine for the modern day.

The event starts promptly at 4:00pm
Please arrive on time (recommended arrival is by 3:45pm) and allow time for parking, check in and to get comfortable with your surroundings. The sound healing experience will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Due to the nature of the event we are unable to accept late entries. There are no refunds. The session will conclude around 5:15pm
What to bring:
Yoga mat (there will be a handful of mats available if you forget yours), blankets for warmth, a pillow, as well as anything else you need to be comfortable while lying (or sitting) for about 70 minutes
Comfortable clothing
Personal crystals and eye masks are welcome
