Rooftop Breathwork in Bondi
Craving connection with like-minded people? How about a deeper connection to yourself? Take some time out for self-care on Sunday afternoon to set yourself up for success in your week ahead- you deserve it!
Join me for a rejuvenating breathwork session on the rooftop at 79 Gould Street, Biondi Beach. Connect with your breath, release tension, and cultivate a sense of calm. This in-person event offers a unique opportunity to unwind and recharge while enjoying the beautiful views. We'll start the session with some warm yummy cacao and finish with delicious healthy snacks in the sun. This session is open to all levels. There is a reason why breathwork is getting so much hype, if you haven't tried it yet, what are you waiting for? Come breathe, relax, and elevate your well-being with me!
What to bring:
- Yoga Mat (we do not have extras!)
- Water Bottle
- Blanket (to keep warm!)
- An open mind
- Journal (optional but we love a good journal prompt!)
- Note: this event is outdoors, if the weather is poor this event will be refunded.

- Agenda: warm cacao on arrival, opening sharing circle to create a safe space, a talk on what breathwork is and how it can benefit your life, a guided breakthrough breathwork flow to music, blissful meditation, time for journaling, and finally time for yummy treats and wholesome chats!
