Set in the beautiful surroundings of SunFyr Barns, this powerful retreat invites you to slow down, go inward and reconnect with yourself, your body, and a compassionate community.
You'll be guided through a carefully curated journey of restorative and expressive practices designed to ground you, bring you back to your body, and gently reawaken your roots energy.
