The female-led, privately owned studio currently has six locations in and around Dallas, TX, and has been nationally recognized as a Best Fitness Studio (and “Most Instagrammable”) by ClassPass, as well as being named Best Pilates Studio by D Magazine, Dallas Morning News, Plano Magazine and more. The SESSION method focuses on quick transitions throughout a music-based, full-body reformer workout.
