Fill Your Cup is a Self-Care Sunday experience designed to nourish both body and spirit. We’ll begin with a gentle, accessible yoga practice focused on grounding, releasing tension, and reconnecting with yourself. No prior yoga experience needed. Just come as you are.
After movement, we’ll shift into mindful making as you paint a coffee mug or wine cup using our special glaze recipes. This is an intuitive, no-pressure art session where color, pattern, and intention come together. Your finished piece will be kiln-fired and ready for pickup later, becoming a daily reminder to pour into yourself first.
This is a relaxed, cozy afternoon meant for adults who need a reset. You’re welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks to enjoy during the art portion. Alcohol is allowed for guests 21+.
