Join Mandi & Jo Anne for an afternoon dedicated to Resetting & Relaxing.
First, we will enjoy the medicine of Mama Cacao, tapping into our heart chakra and allowing powerful healing energy to flow through us.
Followed by a somatic release reset breathwork session lead by Jo Anne, which will take you into deeper layers of releasing and healing.
Throughout our Self-Care Sunday, you will be flooded with the soundscapes of the Crystal Healing Bowls, Chimes, Drums, etc.

❣️Cacao is made from pure Cacao beans and is essentially PURE chocolate.
❣️If you would like to opt out of the Cacao, we will have a Heart Chakra Rose Tea available as well.
❣️A journal may be helpful for you to jot down any notes, thoughts or feelings you experience during the event that you would like to re-visit later!
❣️Please bring a yoga mat or comfy blanket to lay on, as most of the exercises will be on the floor. Feel free to bring pillows, yoga blocks, or anything that will help you feel more comfortable and your favorite mug!

Somatic Release Breathwork is a full embodiment experience designed to help you release stress, trauma, emotions or stored negative energy from the body. It is a modality that utilizes your own breath to help put down the things you no longer need to carry.
