By the end of this 90–120 minute workshop, participants will leave with a well-rounded
understanding of how to use essential oils safely and effectively in everyday life. They will learn the physical and emotional benefits of essential oils, how to choose the right oils for personal needs, and how to blend them confidently using proper dilution techniques.
Through hands-on instruction and guided scent exploration, attendees will create three customized products. These DIY items will support stress relief, focus, sleep, or emotional balance, depending on each participant’s preferences.
Participants will also gain practical tips for incorporating aromatherapy into daily routines—whether at home, at work, or on the go. The goal is for each person to feel empowered, inspired, and equipped to begin or deepen their journey with natural self-care through essential oils.
