Self-Care Sunday: A Mini-Retreat for the Soul

Mid-fall is a time of transition. As the leaves change and fall from the trees, this is a time for us to also let go and release what no longer serves us. During this Self-Care Sunday mini-retreat, we will experience the process of release, shedding the "extra baggage" in our lives to create space for new growth to occur. This mini-retreat will include a relaxing gentle yoga session, guided meditation, breathwork, time for reflection and discussion, a "Letting Go" ceremony, a delicious and healthy lunch and assorted teas, and a self-care gift bag. No prior yoga experience is needed. Make yourself a priority and join us for this rejuvenating mini-retreat and know that you are worthy of this time.

Cost:

$75 - Early Bird Tickets purchased by the end of 10/12/25

$85 - Regular Tickets starting 10/13/25

This mini-retreat will be led by known Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Yoga Therapist, Jennifer Silliman (LCSW-C, C-IAYT, RYT500), founder of Chrysalis Yoga.
