Self-Care Sunday is a mini-retreat for the soul, a time to renew your energy and focus on your self-care.
About this Event

As we move into the fall season, we naturally feel a desire for structure and routine after the summer months. During this Self-Care Sunday mini-retreat, we will assess our own self-care routine and establish an "Intentional Self-Care" plan for ourselves as we transition into the new season. This mini-retreat will include some gentle yoga, guided meditation, time for reflection and discussion, a delicious and healthy lunch, and a self-care workbook and gift. Make yourself a priority and join us for this rejuvenating mini-retreat as you hit the reset button on your self-care routine.

Cost:

$75 - Early Bird Tickets (ends 9/14/25)

$85 - Regular Tickets

All tickets must be purchased by 9/26/25.

Space is limited to 14 participants.

This mini-retreat will be led by known Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Yoga Therapist, Jennifer Silliman (LCSW-C, C-IAYT, RYT500), founder of Chrysalis Yoga.
