Self-Care Sunday: A Mini-Retreat for the Soul

This month’s Self-Care Sunday Mini-Retreat is on Valentine’s Day weekend and will focus on “Self-Love and Compassion”. We often use this holiday as an opportunity to show love to others, however, this year we’re going to show some love to ourselves. This mini-retreat will include a relaxing gentle yoga session, guided meditation, time for reflection and journaling and discussion, a vegan and gluten-free lunch, and making a special Valentine's Day gift to ourselves. Come take some time to show some love and compassion to yourself, and know that you are worthy of the same love and compassion you so freely give to others. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Make yourself a priority and join us for this rejuvenating mini-retreat and know that you are worthy of this time.

This mini-retreat will be led by known Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Yoga Therapist, Jennifer Silliman (LCSW-C, C-IAYT, RYT500), founder of Chrysalis Yoga.
