Join us for Self-Care Sunday: A Mindful Start to 2026, a peaceful, creativity-centered workshop led by Dr. Danielle Rand, Ph.D. This restorative experience is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself after a busy season.Held in our soothing studio space inside Lavoro Leather (attached to Lily Pad Pottery), this small-group workshop introduces gentle mindfulness practices, guided breathing, and reflective prompts — all taught in a warm, welcoming, non-clinical format suitable for complete beginners.
What You’ll Experience & Create
- You’ll move through fully guided, unhurried activities, including:
- Painting a stoneware rock vase
- Handbuilding three clay meditation stones
- Learning simple practices in mindful breathing, awareness, and intention setting
Each experience is paced so you can relax, reflect, and create without rushing.
Every participant receives a custom-designed workbook created by Dr. Rand specifically for this workshop. You’ll begin using it during the session — exploring breathing exercises, reflections, creative prompts, and intention-setting — and then take it home to continue using throughout the year. It becomes your personal guide for ongoing calm, clarity, and gentle mindful moments in 2026.
