Join us for the ultimate self-care night to meet new friends at Victory Float Lounge in Sewickley!
What to Expect:
-Experience the healing salt halotherapy room included in the event and add on wellness services for a customized self-care evening!
-Upon arrival to the venue, you wll sign up for one Salt Room Circle Session and one Salt Room Sound Bath Session. In between your group sessions, try red light therapy, the contrast therapy, and mingle with other like minded gals!
-Light grazing board of fruit, cheese, and Real Food From the Ground Up crackers and chips
Group Salt Room Sessions/Experiences Included in Event:
6:00pm - Salt Room Mindful Meditation Session 1 - led by Jana of Haus of Being to make new, intentional connections with like-minded women
6:30pm - Salt Room Mindful Meditation Session 2 - led by Jana of Haus of Being to make new, intentional connections with like-minded women
7:00pm - Salt Room Sound Bath Session 1
7:30pm - Salt Room Sound Bath Session 2

-yoga mat (to sit on during the salt room sessions)
-water bottle
-bathing suit if you want to float or cold plunge
What to Wear
-something that will be comfortable for sitting or laying on a yoga mat in the salt cave

They offer 2 locations in Lawrenceville and Sewickley offering floatation therapy and contrast therapy in both locations. The Sewickley location also offers red light therapy and a beautiful halotherapy (salt) room!

We do not offer refunds. If the event needs to be canceled due to weather, a rain date will be offered.
