Join us on Sunday, June 30th at 7pm at One Life Yoga in Pasadena for a Sunday Self-Care Soundbath with Jennifer Escalera. We'll open with intentions and pull oracle cards for intuitive guidance as you rest into a sound healing journey. This night lands on a waning crescent moon which represents a time of release, letting go, and surrender. It is considered a favorable time for deep inner work, forgiveness practices, and decluttering their lives, both physically and emotionally. Bring your crystals to place on and around your body, any sentimental belongings, or water so they may be charged by the vibrational healing sounds and the collective intentions. Join us to experience a night of self-care and shedding what no longer serves you.
About Jennifer: Jennifer Escalera is a Metaphysical Instructor, Intuitive Healing Practitioner, Mom, and Chicana Owner of The Mystic Living School. Jennifer’s passion is empowering other WOC Empaths, Creatives, and Leaders to develop their unique healing gifts and abilities to heal themselves and help others do the same. She has worked in the healing and spiritual arts since 1998 specializing in healing childhood and ancestral trauma, stress management, and self-worth. Jennifer provides mentorship programs through her Energy Healing Practitioner Certification Program, Soulpreneurship, and offers 1:1 sessions, community healing circles, workshops, and special events. Checking In: We will begin check in at 6:40 PM. Please arrive on time as we will be locking the doors at 7:05 PM. You can park in the Pavilion's parking lot located on California Ave. There's a flight of stairs that leads up to the studio. There is also free parking on Lake Ave. on Sundays.
