This is a morning of deep relaxation combining a Nordic thermal spa journey with wood fired sauna, hot tubs & three different temperature cold baths, then followed by a sound bath.Allow yourself to be completely taken care of, this is Sunday self care at its best.
After you’ve have unwound in the spa you will be led next door where a healing space awaits you.
All you need to do is lie down & completely surrender in the healing space I’ve created for you.
Sound baths are profoundly healing on so many levels, mind body & spirit.
I will intuitively read the energies of the room as I deliver all different sound medicine.
I will be using Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, angelic pipes and more.
As an experienced healer I will be channeling beyond the sounds making this a multidimensional approach to this sound bath.
My main focus & intention for this combined session is a restoration for the mind and body & spirit.
A quiet space for you to become centred & calm.
Returning to your natural state of gentle loving wholeness.
