You'll learn about the benefits of planning satisfying snacks into your day with intention, and how to combine foods that will keep your energy levels high and cravings away. Following an info session, we'll take a walk in nature around Mill Pond where you will be able to make community connections and get your nutrition and health questions answered.
What's included: A basket of dietitian-picked snack foods from Milton Farmers' Market vendors, and two recipes you can make at home!
About your host: Hey there, I’m Alida, your market meetup host! I love helping people learn how to eat to feel more confident, connected, energized, and healthy. And simplifying complicated nutrition science to help you relate to food with a lot more peace and joy, and a lot less guilt, shame, and fear. When I'm not working as a dietitian, you can find me line dancing, hiking, and standup paddle boarding around Milton.
