What You Can Expect
The intention of the creative gathering is to tune in and connect to your own self-care needs. You will be gently invited to:
- Experience grounding somatic-based practices and mindful connection.
- Explore your creative self-expression and make art.

The Details
- Facilitated by Art Therapist and Clinical Counsellor Bethany MacGillivray in Port Moody on Saturday, April 27th, from 3:30 - 5:30 pm.
- Registration is open to adults (18+) of any gender.
- The space is limited to 8 participants.
- Art materials are included, and no art experience is needed to participate.
