The Self-Care Retreat was born from a passion to create a space where guests can be present and embrace joy. An experience for people who need to connect their body and mind via yoga, awaken the soul through creativity, and spend time in the tranquil countryside. With levels of stress and anxiety on the rise, the need to find peace and calm in our lives is so important.

What to expect...
Based between Bath and Bristol amongst the breathtaking Cotswold countryside Manor Farm is a working farm. An idyllic backdrop to relax and connect with nature.
??♀️ Yoga (Included)
Start the day with a dynamic yoga class with Katie J Yoga and end with a restorative, gentle yoga class followed by mindfulness practice, you’ll leave feeling relaxed and recharged.
? Foraging Walk & Floral Workshop (Included)
Join Issy from Wizz & Wild, she will take you on a stroll around the farm, exploring the stunning countryside; looking for foraged goods to bring back and create a bouquet to take home and enjoy.
? Macrame Workshop (Additional Activity)
Join Polly from Whole Lotta Knots and kick start your new skill in macrame! During this beginners workshop you will be learning basic macrame knots to craft your own plant pot hanger. This is an additional activity which can be added onto the beginning of the day (9:30-11:00).
✨ Relaxation Massage (Additional Activity)
There will also be the opportunity to add a relaxing massage to your day with Jo from Sustainable Fitness. This can be arranged either before or after the main event.
